- Singapore citizens and permanent residents must possess a valid Singapore driving licence
- Foreigners on social visit passes are allow to use their respective foreign driving licences
- Foreigners on employment passes are allow to use their respective foreign driving licences within the first year from date of employment, otherwise a valid Singapore driving licence is compulsory for more than one year from date of employment
- Age: 21 years old and above
- Licence: Minimum 1 year driving experience,
otherwise probational ("p" plate) driver's surcharge applies
- Deposit: $300 in cash or by credit card (Visa / Mastercard / Amex),
Please take note that only credit card payment are accepted for foreigners on social visit passes and the deposit will be at $1000
- Age: 22 years old and above
- Licence: Minimum 2 years driving experience,
otherwise probational ("p" plate) driver's surcharge applies
- Deposit: $500 in cash or by credit card (Visa / Mastercard / Amex),
